Page opens in a new window so you can complete the set up for your Hive Scales while reading these instructions.

First, go to the store and order a Hive Scale

For users who have purchased Multi-Scales, you have been provided with a username for an account, which has been specifically created for you. You must access this account and change your Username and password and then finish setting up your Multi Hive Scale. This account and your Multi-Scale are linked. DO NOT register a new account.

Multi-Scales Users

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN page.
  2. Enter the username you were given.
  3. Click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? to receive a verification code and set a new password and complete the log in to your account
  4. Once logged in, navigate to SETUP GUIDE - Quickstart Guide - Registering your Hive Scale

Single Scale non-expandable Hive Scale users

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN page.
  2. Click on DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
  3. Complete the required fields and log in to your account.
  4. Once logged in, navigate to SETUP GUIDE - Quickstart Guide - Registering your Hive Scale

Registered Users

  • Prior to logging in, the public menu is available.
  • Once logged takes you to the back office where you access, Setup, Settings and Your Hive Data
  • To return to the Public menu you must LOGOUT.
